Your day-to-day responsibilities Manage inbound and outbound logistics for all satellite components, ensuring accurate receipt, verification, and documentation. Oversee material flow management across the site, ensuring parts are delivered to production areas in the correct sequence, quantity, and condition. Maintain accurate inventory records, including tracking, labeling, and barcoding of all parts and materials. Plan and execute periodic physical stock counts, audits, and cycle counts to ensure inventory integrity and accuracy. Implement and manage material obsolescence plans, including identification, tracking, and replacement of obsolete components before production use. Ensure proper storage, handling, and preservation of sensitive parts, including ESD-sensitive devices and RF/electronics components. Maintain stock accuracy and cleanliness of storage areas, including coordinate bin maintenance, material repackaging, and FIFO/FEFO procedures. Coordinate with Global Supply Chain to monitor stock levels, manage safety stock targets, and prepare replenishment plans aligned with production schedules. Support quality and compliance by enforcing proper documentation practices, material identification standards, and handling procedures. Facilitate inbound inspection coordination and disposition of non-conforming materials with Quality and Supplier teams. Oversee material returns, transfers, and disposition, including updating inventory systems accordingly. Monitor and maintain facility storage infrastructure, including racks, cabinets, controlled environments, and material protection systems. Collaborate with Production, AIT, and Engineering to resolve material availability issues that might impact build or test progress. Provide material data and KPI reporting to management, including inventory accuracy, stock turns, and freeze-period readiness metrics.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in inventory management, warehouse operations, or technical logistics in a high-tech manufacturing environment and complex products.
  • Strong understanding of material flow, stock counting methods, SKU management, and obsolescence planning.
  • Familiarity with cleanroom or controlled environment material handling.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently, make data-based decisions, and collaborate across cross-functional teams.

SUPO, where required) Why this role matters: The Stock Manager is responsible for ensuring effective inbound and outbound material flow, onsite stock management, inventory control, material maintenance, and lifecycle readiness of parts and supplies at our Production Site in Athens, Greece. This is a hands-on operational role focused on managing facility logistics, supporting production readiness, and maintaining material integrity. The role does not have direct team supervisory duties but requires close cross-functional collaboration with AIT, Production, Supply Chain, and Quality teams. You will: Bring high-impact, driving strategic and tactical initiatives of the Global Manufacturing Organization (GMO) and across ICEYE's teams worldwide. Act as a trusted advisor to the VP of GMOs, facilitate decision-making by collecting and sharing inventory information
