Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in consumer or automotive markets, preferably with force sensing, MEMS, or related sensing technologies.
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience collaborating with global and regional product development teams to successfully bring new products to market.
- Strong customer engagement skills with North America OEMs, including negotiation, communication, and presentation abilities.
- Demonstrated understanding of electro-mechanical systems and how force, pressure, or touch sensing integrates into consumer and automotive device designs.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and enthusiastic, with a strong commitment to achieving business objectives.
- Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment across engineering, sales, and business development.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interface effectively at all organizational levels across customers and internal stakeholders.
- Knowledge of capacitive sensing technologies and applications; this role is expected to expand into capacitive sensing over time.
- Experience with automotive sensing applications.
- Experience in RF systems.
- Strong knowledge of analog and mixed-signal circuitry.
- Prior experience in a regional marketing or business development role (North America preferred).
