Responsibilities

• Deliver facial treatments accurately using your hands to meet client needs and comfort
• Communicate clearly with clients to explain treatment procedures and benefits
• Respond sensitively to client concerns and tailor services to their skin and body care needs
• Maintain thoroughness and attention to detail in all treatments and client interactions
• Support sales efforts by promoting relevant beauty therapies and skin care products
• Follow the shop manager's supervision and adhere to the assigned work schedule, including weekends and public holidays
• Maintain a professional and customer-focused attitude in a fast-paced environment
• Preferred competencies and qualifications
• Five years of experience in facial service
• Knowledge of beauty therapies and skin and body care products
• Strong customer service skills to create a comfortable client experience
• Ability to work well with your hands during treatments
• Excellent verbal communication skills
