JOB PURPOSE: Drive employee engagement and People & Culture initiatives to enhance overall employee experience and strengthen company culture. This role is responsible for designing and executing engagement programs, internal communication, recognition initiatives, and CSR activities, contributing to a positive, inclusive, and high-performing workplace. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: A. Employee Engagement & DEIB Initiatives Plan and implement employee engagement programs focusing on Physical, Mental, Spiritual, and financial wellbeing Support DEIB (Diversity, Equity, Inclusion & Belonging) initiatives aligned with company strategy Monitor engagement effectiveness and investment efficiency and continuously improve programs based on employee feedback B. People & Culture Initiatives & Internal Communication Plan and organize key company events such as Sika Day, Town Halls, and other cultural activities Drive internal HR communication across platforms (e.g., Sikaworld, Sika Vietnam channel, newsletters, announcements) Ensure timely, engaging, and consistent messaging to enhance employee awareness and participation Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders (Admin, departments, Trade Union, etc.) for event execution C. Recognition & Appreciation Programs Plan, propose, organize and promote recognition programs at corporate, regional, and local levels Implement these programs and other employee appreciation initiatives to reinforce company values and culture Track and improve program effectiveness and reporting to drive employee motivation and engagement D. CSR, Business Travel & External Relations Support Plan, coordinate, organize and report on employee-based CSR activities and community engagement programs Back-up support administration and documentation for business travel (Biz trip) Back-up support for external relations paperwork with relevant authorities or partners as assigned JOB REQUIREMENTS: Education: Bachelor's or College degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, or a related field Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of experience in HR operations, employee engagement, internal communication, or event coordination & HR compliance.
