Requirements

• Risk Management - Ability to identify potential risk and mitigate the risk and avoid occurrence and in compliance with the company policy
• Singaporeans and Permanent Residents are preferred
• Open to fresh graduates and candidates with preferably 2-3 years of relevant working experience

Additional Information

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Strong operational knowledge within Freight Forwarding covering Air, Ocean and Crosstrade. This role supports day to day Ocean, Air and Road Freight operations Shipment planning consists of Air, LCL, FCL, Breakbulk etc. Haulage arrangements Customs clearance declaration Work closely with internal departments to coordinate customer's shipments Handling Import and Export shipments & documentation from A to Z Build and maintain good rapport with customers to fulfill their requirements Troubleshooting and attending to customer complaints/disputes. Troubleshooting and attending to ministry/official authority. Ensure all enquirers are responded to within the shortest possible time frame. To obtain pricing and generate complete/competitive quotation base on customer's requirements. Follow up with customer, overseas agents and overseas offices on the quotation/proposal and negotiate to a closure. Collaborate with Sales and Commercial on maintenance of customers. Monitor billing and ensure timely invoicing. Involvement in ad-hoc duties and assignments may be required from time to time.
