Job Description Administrative Support Provide general office management support, including maintenance of the copy room and mail room, management of lost and found items, key management in accordance with established processes, and coordination of office and pantry supplies replenishment. Assist with the printing and distribution of office collaterals. Provide general administrative support to the team as and when required, including filing, document management, and handling of incoming and outgoing correspondence. Contract Management Manage smaller administrative contracts, including name cards and name tags, by coordinating orders and liaising with the administrative team to raise requisitions in GeBIZ/SVP. Coordinate with suppliers on delivery details and receipt of items. Provide support for ad hoc transportation arrangements and coordinate the valuation of artwork with relevant divisions, including sending emails for returns. WOG Admin Fee Verification Assist in the verification of Whole-of-Government (WOG) administrative fees to ensure accuracy and compliance. Staff Onboarding and Offboarding Support the onboarding of new staff by preparing workstations in advance of their commencement date. Assist with offboarding administrative matters, including the collection of access cards, keys, and other company property upon staff departure. EDM Design and Communications Assist in the design of Electronic Direct Mail (EDM) materials for internal communications. Work closely with relevant stakeholders to ensure that EDM content and design are aligned with the communication objectives. Any Other Administrative Duties Undertake any other administrative duties and ad hoc tasks as assigned by the supervisor, contributing to the smooth and efficient running of the office and the team.
