Accounts Executive

Responsibilities

• Manage full-spectrum accounting operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations to maintain accurate financial records
• Prepare timely periodic financial statements and conduct variance analysis to inform business decisions
• Execute month-end and year-end closing processes efficiently to ensure accurate and compliant financial reporting
• Ensure compliance with local accounting standards and regulatory requirements
• Coordinate financial operations for Hong Kong entities, including liaising with external auditors and preparing statutory documentation
• Oversee billing operations by reviewing quotations and issuing invoices for Singapore and Hong Kong entities
• Handle end-to-end accounting functions for India accounts, including transaction processing, reconciliation, and financial reporting
• Process employee expense claims in accordance with company reimbursement policies
• Prepare and submit GST filings accurately and on time
• Required competencies and certifications
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel at an advanced level to generate various financial reports
• Proficient in English and Mandarin to communicate effectively with overseas counterparts, especially in China
• Preferred competencies and qualifications
• At least 5 years of relevant working experience in accounting or finance
• Hand-on knowledge of SAP software is an advantage
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and solve problems independently
• Ability to meet tight deadlines while maintaining accuracy and quality
