Shipping Assistant

Responsibilities

• To support logistics operations by coordinating shipments, preparing and verifying shipping documents, and ensuring timely delivery while maintaining accurate records.
• Preferred competencies and qualifications
• Knowledge of shipping procedures, Incoterms, and document preparation preferred but not necessary
• Strong communication, attention to detail, problem-solving, and customer service skills
• Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of multitasking with good time management
• Ability to handle packages, operate warehouse equipment, and perform repetitive tasks safely if needed
• Ready to start immediately to support business continuity
• Availability to work full-time, five days a week at Ang Mo Kio office
