About the role
As Suno's Mobile Engineering Manager , your main responsibility will be hiring and leading the teams that develop and maintain our mobile apps, including our Android team.

Requirements
- 7+ years of software engineering experience, including 3+ years managing a mobile engineering team
- Hands-on Android Experience sufficient to lead and support an Android team; deep Android specialization is not required
- Excel at both writing production code and leading engineering teams, with experience shipping complex features from concept to deployment
- Thrive in ambiguous, fast-paced environments and can balance multiple priorities while maintaining team focus
- An obsession with great user experiences, getting the details right, iterating and learning rapidly, and working hard
- Experience at a consumer tech company is preferred
- Experience at both larger and smaller, high-growth companies is preferred
- Experience scaling teams to 20+ software engineers is preferred
- A love of music (listening, exploring, making) is preferred
