Responsibilities
- Supports manufacturing finance activities and rhythms, including planning, pacing, monthly operating reviews (MOR), closing, and audits

- Support fixed asset & Inventory physical stocktake and partner to implement remediation plan to improve plant level controls
- Ad hoc duties to support local operating partners to ensure compliance with local and US GAAP finance requirements
- What you'll bring (Basic Qualifications)
- A Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, or Supply Chain Prior from an accredited university or college
- At least five years of experience in FP&A with at least 2-3 years of experience in accounting policies and practices, including standard costing, inventory, and fixed assets and Supply Chain
- System ERP Expertise or deployments experience such as SAP Powermax
- Onsite location: Schenectady, NY

Job Description Summary As a Gas Power Global Supply Chain member, the Schenectady & SCC Lead Finance Specialist of Manufacturing Operations is the key finance partner for the 2 manufacturing sites in Schenectady, NY. The Schenectady site manufactures Generators products and the SCC site manufactures Cores and Castings going into our Gas Turbines, with ~1M hours and ~100k hours of annual production respectively. This role has financial oversight of gross production costs/inventory/capital investment while driving key performance indicators including labor productivity, utilization and indirect costs per hour (utilities, supplies & tooling, maintenance).
