Experience in content creation and ideating campaigns that drive pipeline growth, with a focus on innovative and scalable marketing strategies. You could also be the first marketer at a startup or an equivalent technical role like biz ops/strategy with experience building from zero to one. As a Senior Growth Manager, you'll be part of a high-performing team from a variety of backgrounds across high growth tech startups, consulting, banking and marketing. What unites us? You'll build highly scalable demand generation programs and work closely with the JAPAC leadership team to shape and scale our go-to-market strategy. This is a highly visible, high-autonomy role that offers the opportunity to directly influence Verkada's growth in one of our most rapidly expanding regions.. We are committed to a thriving in-office culture. This role requires that you be on-site at our office in Sydney five days a week.
Responsibilities
- Scalable Infrastructure: Design and own the systems that make great campaigns run without breaking. You'll build repeatable, automated frameworks that let the team execute at scale. All the while never sacrificing precision.
- Audience & Data Strategy: Own the data strategy for audience segmentation, intent signal identification, and the optimization of demand capture programs. Leverage data to create highly targeted marketing efforts that drive engagement and conversions.
- Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams across data science, marketing development representatives (MDRs), marketing operations, product marketing, and sales to ensure campaign success. Drive alignment on priorities and share insights to refine strategies.
- Performance Monitoring & Insights: Track and analyze key campaign metrics. Regularly communicate insights and learnings across departments to ensure alignment and drive continuous improvement.
