Digital Operator

Responsibilities

• Operate binding and finishing machines such as folding machines, saddle stitchers, perfect binders, and laminators to support production processes
• Inspect finished products to verify they meet quality standards before distribution
• Issue printing papers accurately to maintain workflow and control material usage
• Conduct monthly stock takes and replenish materials to ensure continuous availability
• Communicate clearly in simple English and Mandarin to follow job instructions and safety protocols
• Collaborate with team members to complete assigned ad-hoc duties efficiently
• Demonstrate willingness to learn machine operation and finishing techniques to enhance job performance
• Maintain effective interpersonal and coordination skills to work well within the team
• Preferred competencies and qualifications
• Experience in printing, graphics, or machine operation is advantageous but not mandatory
• Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience in printing or manufacturing are welcome
• Ability to start work at short notice is a plus
• Other Information
• Work schedule: 5 days per week with occasional overtime or shift work (1-2 times a year)
• Security checks are required
• Stationed in SAF
