About the role

A Senior Product Designer uses a broad set of inputs, including business context, awareness of technical considerations and constraints, UX research, and UX skills and expertise , to craft experiences that are accessible, useful, and usable. Foster collaboration with other designers on a large project or part of a broad scope design initiative Support other designers on adjacent projects or within a broader initiative Contribute to defining a vision for an initiative Educate and advocate with the project team on product design activities Share strategic deliverables with the design team and outside of project team Complete defined inclusive design and accessibility activities to craft accessible experiences Participate in design reviews by framing and sharing works in progress throughout the process and by sharing useful and actionable feedback with peers Collaborate with UX Research, and support research activities through identifying research needs, providing project context, and aligning on outcomes; assist with note-taking and analysis
