Senior / Principal Wafer Acceptance Test (WAT) Engineer

Role Summary You are responsible to develop and execute test systems, test analysis, process improvement, program development, and hardware debugging.

Responsibilities

• Test Program Development: Creating and maintaining parametric test programs for semiconductor devices quality check on semi-auto testing platform.
• Test Execution: Running tests on devices to verify characteristic performance and reliability. Analyzing test results to identify test issues, troubleshooting and optimize test processes.
• Testing Process Improvement: Recommending and implementing improvements to test processes to enhance efficiency, accuracy, stability, and repeatability.
• Hardware Debugging: debugging or troubleshoot to hardware like specific instruments and probe cards.
• Education Qualification & Essential
• Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering / Material Sciences or Physics science.
• Interesting or Min 5 years of relevant work experience in Fab for testing expertise, WAT, automated test equipment (ATE), test program development, and test hardware design would be a plus.
• Experiences Key Skills and Attributes
• An excellent team player with strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and self-motivated.
• Highly committed with good ownership and accountability
• Able to adapt in a fast pace environment and work under pressure
• Proficient in MS Office Applications
