Talent / Recruitment Consultant (Training provided)

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing, screening, shortlisting, interview coordination to successful placement.
• Proactively source and engage suitable candidates through job portals, networking, referrals, database search, and direct outreach.
• Conduct resume screening, candidate interviews, and assessment to match the right talent to suitable job opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and provide professional career advice throughout the hiring process.
• Understand clients' business needs, hiring requirements, and provide recruitment support by recommending suitable candidates.
• Identify new business opportunities, develop new client relationships, and maintain rapport with existing clients.
• Coordinate closely with both clients and candidates to ensure smooth interview arrangements, follow-ups, offer management, and onboarding process.
