About the role
You will serve as an Administrative/Technical Specialist in the Staffing and Classification Branch; Human Resources Division; Corporate Operations Department of CARDEROCK DIV NS. FOR THE NT-05: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the NT-04 (GS-11/12 equivalent) pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector advising management on complex HR classification, staffing, pay setting, personnel actions, or recruitment strategies. Examples of specialized experience may include: applying advanced hiring authorities (DHA, Special Appointing Authorities) and pay-setting flexibilities; leading major HR programs (e.g., DEMO, Student Programs) as a Subject Matter Expert; developing internal HR policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs). FOR THE NT-04: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the NT-03 (GS-09/10 equivalent) pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector administering HR functions in recruiting, staffing, or classification. Examples of specialized experience may include: advising management on recruiting, staffing, and classification issues; managing the end-to-end hiring process including pay-setting and job offers; ensuring the accuracy of personnel actions like RPAs and SF-50s; serving as a primary HR point of contact for employees.
