Quality Assurance Technician (2 Month Contract)

Requirements

• Possession of High School Diploma, experience in similar quality control roles are preferred
• Excellent Proficiency in Microsoft Office (word, excel, outlook, etc.)
• Excellent technical writing skills
• Good understanding of QA systems
• Basic knowledge in HACCP, SFCR and GFSI
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail, high level of accuracy and a sense of urgency
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment
• Excellent Organizational skills, attention to detail, keen and quick learner
• Experience in a food processing facility is an asset
• Possess positive attitude and professional approach with the willingness to learn and improve
• Ability to work independently or part of a team and get things done with minimal supervision

Role: Responsible for monitoring employee GMP compliance and product quality specification compliance of the raw materials, intermediate products and finished products.
