Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on technology administration or systems management experience.
- Prior experience in a property, real estate, or facilities management environment is an advantage.
- Technical Skills
- Working knowledge of the Microsoft 365 (M365) suite, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, OneDrive, and Intune or equivalent MDM solutions.
- Familiarity with technology systems such as BMS, SCADA, or building automation platforms.
- Working knowledge of networking fundamentals (LAN/WAN, VPN, firewall configurations).
- Experience with property management SaaS (Software as a service) is a plus.
- Basic cybersecurity knowledge - understanding of common threats, security controls, and best practices.
