About the role

- Monitor project costs and resource utilisation to optimise operational efficiency and profitability.
- Prepare operational reports and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Drive quality assurance initiatives and ensure projects meet contractual and regulatory requirements.
- Support senior management in achieving organisational and project goals.
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Building, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience within the construction industry, including project and operational management responsibilities.
- Proven leadership experience managing project teams, subcontractors, and site personnel.
- Strong knowledge of construction operations, project delivery processes, and regulatory requirements in Singapore.
- Excellent planning, organisational, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities with the capability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Possession of a valid Class 3 Driving Licence will be an advantage.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.
