EO Associate Engineer (EEE Dip/ Entry level welcome)

About the role

We are looking for a hands-on EO Associate Engineer to support the maintenance and troubleshooting of Electro-Optics (EO) and surveillance systems deployed across operational sites and vessels. This role is ideal for engineering graduates or technicians who enjoy field work, troubleshooting complex systems, and working with advanced surveillance technology. Graduates with relevant engineering education but no working experience are encouraged to apply. You will work on supporting critical EO systems used in operational environments , ensuring system reliability and minimal downtime.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance for Electro-Optics and surveillance systems at operational sites and vessels
• Troubleshoot system issues and conduct fault diagnosis and failure analysis
• Perform in-house repair and testing of EO equipment in lab environment
• Assist in system setup, installation, and commissioning
• Maintain and update fault reporting documentation for project review meetings
• Liaise with customers during maintenance and service activities
• Provide 24/7 rotational standby support for fault recovery when required
• Support offshore deployments and work at height when required

Requirements

• ✔ ITE / Diploma in Electrical, Electronic, Computer Engineering or related field
• ✔ Singaporean only as CAT 2A Security Clearance is required for this project
• ✔ Singapore Class 3 Driving License
• ✔ Willing to work on-site, offshore and at height when required
• ✔ Able to participate in 24x7 standby rotation
• Electronics Engineering Graduates without work experience are welcome to apply

EO Associate Engineer (Electro-Optics Systems) - Entry Level Welcome Location: Thomson Road / Ang Mo Kio Mon to Fri Office Hrs with 24X7 support standby Salary: Up to S$4,600 Basic + 2 Months Bonus Mobile Allowance: Up to $50/month Transport Claims: Up to $500/month (site-to-site travel) Security Clearance: CAT 2A - Singapore Citizens only due to security clearance needed in project Contract Duration: 1 Year Project Renewable
