Responsibilities

  • Ensure flawless logistics execution to support perfect order fulfillment and high customer satisfaction, taking ownership of complex and high-impact cases
  • Determine product availability and drive alignment with stakeholders to ensure reliable and feasible delivery plans
  • Plan and execute cost- and service-efficient transportation solutions across road and rail modes, balancing operational and commercial priorities

  • Act as a key interface between Customer Service, Production Planning, and other stakeholders, ensuring smooth coordination and decision-making
  • Support and guide team members by sharing expertise, providing advice on complex cases, and helping prioritize operational workload, drive continuous improvement by identifying optimization opportunities in logistics processes and contributing to development initiatives and projects
  • Act as a backup for the manager on selected topics and support team coordination when required

Requirements

  • You have a professional education (bachelor's or master's degree) and at least one year of relevant working experience in supply, production planning or logistics
  • You have good knowledge of supply chain processes, customer business, product, and service offering
  • You have a service-orientated mindset, and you enjoy solving complex tasks
  • You are proactive, you are willing to adapt to changing situations and you have excellent communication skills
  • You are fluent in English - other European languages, like Spanish or German are a strong asset
  • You enjoy working both independently and as a part of a team. In addition, you are accurate and pay attention to details and able to work effectively even under pressure
  • You are eager to learn and develop, with an interest in the labeling and packaging industry
  • You have a good knowledge of IT tools
