About the role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Lab Technician to join our Chromatography Laboratory in Ho Chi Minh, Vietnam. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for conducting various chromatographic analyses, maintaining laboratory equipment, and ensuring the accuracy and reliability of test results. Receive and review testing orders, SOP's and instruction before conducting testing Perform tests in a professional and safe manner; ensure that tests are carried out in accordance with testing orders, SOP and clients' instruction; record all raw data. Keep tools, chemicals and consumables in good conditions by storing at proper places. Keep the work area tidy, clean and safe. All assigned equipments, environment conditions, reagents, worksheets,...must be recorded correctly. Ensure day-to-day compliance in HSE & Quality management system (SOP, forms, guidelines, equipment calibration, ISO17025, etc.) and escalate potential operation risk. Keep Lab Team leader/Supervisor informed on daily basis or as required about the progress of the testing and report any problems identified when performing tests Study and propose to his/her supervisors for improvement daily activities Perform other tasks assigned by the Lab Team leader/Supervisor/Manager College/University level or higher Required schools: - University of Science - Vietnam National University Ho Chi Minh City - University of Technology / Food Industry / Industrial / Ton Duc Thang Required Majors: Analytical/Organic Chemistry/Food Chemistry Effective communication skills in English, both verbal and written Computer skills, including Microsoft Office and familiarity with laboratory information management systems Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
