About the role
This role is the right hand to our Head of Sales and Marketing, combining executive and personal support with hands-on B2B marketing and CRM work. You will keep her calendar, travel, and day-to-day operations running smoothly, while also producing professional marketing content for a technical, scientific audience across the Asia Pacific region. This is a dual role by design: half of your time is administrative and executive support, half is marketing execution and CRM discipline. You will be organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable moving between calendar logistics and drafting external-facing content in the same afternoon. Responsibilities
- Executive and personal support: Manage calendars, scheduling, and meeting coordination for the Head of Sales and Marketing; arrange business travel and related logistics; provide personal scheduling and logistics support as needed.
- Meeting coordination: Coordinate internal and external meetings, including agendas, meeting notes, and follow-up actions.
- Reporting and communications: Prepare presentations, reports, summaries, and internal communications; maintain well-structured digital records and documentation using company systems.
- B2B marketing content: Draft and edit professional marketing copy for a technical, scientific audience: product bulletins, email campaigns, LinkedIn posts, distributor newsletters, and trade show materials.
- LinkedIn and digital presence: Maintain and grow the company's LinkedIn presence with content aimed at lab managers, researchers, and procurement contacts, not consumer audiences.
- Marketing materials: Support preparation of brochures, presentations, spec sheets, and training documents for a technical/scientific product line, liaising with external vendors such as designers, printers, and translation agencies as required.
- Distributor and partner coordination: Coordinate with distributors and partners on co-branded marketing materials, regional campaign content, and information requests.
- CRM and sales support: Maintain and update customer, contact, and opportunity data in Microsoft Dynamics 365Business Central, and support sales processes by ensuring CRM records are accurate and complete.
- Cross-team coordination: Act as a coordination point between sales, marketing, engineering, and operations; track action items, deadlines, and deliverables, and follow up proactively on open commitments.
Requirements
- Essential
- Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 3 years in administrative or executive support with marketing exposure, or in B2B marketing/communications with strong administrative responsibilities.
- Demonstrated experience writing for a professional, technical, or scientific B2B audience, not consumer lifestyle content. Writing samples will be requested at interview stage.
- Working experience with LinkedIn as a business communication and content channel.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics365 Business Central for CRM maintenance.
- Excellent written and spoken English; business-level written and spoken Mandarin, to support China distributor and regional communications.
- Proficient in Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, SharePoint).
- Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision and managing multiple tasks and stakeholders across time zones.
