As an IT Analyst IV, you will support the Spotfire Enterprise, IFS Suite, and upstream platforms that power upstream operations. You will provide hands-on server administration, troubleshooting, and support across the application, database, and SCADA layers. Working at the intersection of OT and IT, your role partners with field, engineering, finance, and regulatory teams to keep production and reporting data reliable, secure, and on time. Responsibilities/Expectations: Analyzes and develops short and long-term solutions to information technology needs through developing new or modifying existing applications Reviews systems requirements and business processes; codes, tests, debugs and implements software applications Executes projects using project management concepts, requirements gathering and documentation, software development lifecycle and testing Collaborates effectively with business partners, project team, and senior management to develop solutions that facilitate the integration of business processes Recommends solutions based on an understanding of business requirements Provides technical leadership and mentorship within a broader team Other duties as assigned Education/Years of Experience: Required: High school diploma or GED and a minimum fifteen (15) years' IT experience, OR Associate's degree and a minimum ten (10) years' IT experience, OR Bachelor's degree in IT-related field and a minimum eight (8) years' IT experience Other Requirements: Demonstrates excellent organizational/interpersonal skills and safety as the utmost priority Hands-on experience with the server administration of TIBCO Spotfire Enterprise Server (v11.x or later) in a production environment Experience with server administration and support of IFS Procount , Excalibur, Carte, and Field Operator for upstream production accounting and allocation - database maintenance, environment configuration, period management, and archive processes Working knowledge of Procount allocation methodology ; well, facility, and system-level volume balancing General knowledge of SQL Server (MSSQL) databases supporting the upstream application portfolio Experience supporting IT applications in upstream operations environment Needs basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Application and PC skills #LI-CT1 About Tulsa: Our corporate headquarters is located in downtown Tulsa, Oklahoma, the 2nd largest city in Oklahoma and the 47th most populous in the U.S. Tulsa is known as the Mother of "The Mother Road" - Route 66, and boasts impressive art deco architecture, the #1 city park in the U.S. (The Gathering Place) and is a great venue for live music.
