Responsibilities
- Provide practical help and mentoring/modeling, advocacy, coordination, side-by-side individualized support, problem solving and direct assistance to help clients obtain skills needed for daily independent living.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in human services or related field required. For candidates with lived experience with substance use disorder who have 2 years sustained sobriety.
- High school diploma/GED and at least one year of paid or volunteer experience working with adults with mental illness and/or substance abuse.
- Must have a strong commitment to substance use recovery and housing first philosophy.
- Must have skills to establish supportive relationships with persons with mental illnesses/substance use and respect for their preferences for treatment.
- Schedule: Sunday 7am-3pm, Monday 5pm-9pm, Thursday 5pm-9pm, Friday 3pm-9pm and Saturday 3pm-9pm (28 hours)

In this role you will provide onsite case management & support in a highly collaborative fashion with residents. Successful candidates will have unwavering compassion, as well as an open mind in terms of pathways to recovery/harm reduction with respect to substance use disorders. Working knowledge of area resources/providers, housing navigation, and tenancy preservation are a plus. Candidates with lived experience are strongly encouraged to apply.
