Requirements

• Minimum a Diploma in Computer Science/Electronics/IT or equivalent
• Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience in IT infrastructure operation
• Special Knowledge or Skills:

- 1 year outsourced contract - $2700 - $3800 + Shift Allowance $350 - Ang Mo Kio - 8pm - 8am or 8am - 8pm (12 hours rotating shift) Job Responsibilities: To provide 24 x 7 support for the Data Center running on 12-hour shifts Maintain systems plus controls to protect unauthorized access, disclosure, modification, and deletion of information through resources and computer networks. Support logs, categorizes, prioritizes, tracks, and routes - (i) incidents reported by users or - (ii) alarms raised by monitoring tools Interact directly with business technical specialists to guide on authentication, authorization, and encryption solutions. Investigate known and suspected information security events and develop related reports. Conduct hardware and software security alerts as available. Resolve issues through responding IT threats and vulnerabilities. Conduct routine security risk analysis, evaluate business needs against collision, vulnerabilities, and search resulting risks. Implement Change Request and Service Request. Perform patching on security equipment. To implement change requests and service requests. Period: 1 year outsourced contract Working Hours: 8pm - 8am or 8am - 8pm (12 hours rotating shift) Salary: $2700 - $3800 + Shift Allowance $350 Location: Ang Mo Kio
