Position Title Recruiter (Asia Pacific Region) Position Summary Deluxe Media, Inc. is seeking a talented Recruiter to join our dynamic team in the Asia Pacific region. Your mission: to unite exceptional talent with exciting opportunities. The Recruiter will identify, recruit, screen, and present qualified candidates, while also building relationships with, collaborating, and communicating with hiring managers and department leadership. This role reports into the HR Manager, APAC. Main Duties: What You Get to Do Responsible for full-time and temporary-to-hire recruiting for positions across the Asia Pacific (APAC) region with a high focus of roles located in Japan. Oversee the entire candidate lifecycle process from job posting to initial screening, interview preparation, testing, and offer acceptance. Proactive, creative, and resourceful candidate sourcing and development to identify potential candidates through multiple sources, including but not limited to direct sourcing, industry networking, job boards, employee referrals, leads, networking, etc. Screen candidates according to client-specific position profiles and strategic direction. Utilizing your presence in Japan to gather and share relevant context with the business leaders, ensuring informed decision-making and seamless communication. Interview candidates to determine skill set, individual characteristics, and prospective match to position. Collaborate with management teams to understand client needs of open positions and ideal candidate profiles. Build and maintain a strong partnership with hiring managers. Develop a recruitment plan that expands our talent pools and ensures a diverse range of candidates for both short-term and long-term efforts. Function as a talent advisor through expert knowledge of the external talent market, leveraging insights to solve complex recruiting challenges. Present candidates to hiring managers, to include candidate profiles, skills match to role, and compensation expectations. Consult, guide, and prepare hiring managers and candidates to successfully navigate the interview process. Present employment offers and negotiates terms. Create and maintain a pipeline of qualified talent that aligns with APAC's business needs and workforce forecasts. Consistent execution of recruiting plan to ensure the right quality of talent. Comply with all country-specific operational standards, employment laws, and regulations. Other projects or duties assigned as needed. What You Bring (Must Have Qualifications) Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 5-7 years' experience in full-life cycle recruitment in a dynamic, fast paced environment. Equivalent combinations of education and experience will be considered. Must have experience in HR recruitment or talent acquisition. Must have intermediate to strong level of English language proficiency. Must have the ability to think outside of the box and finding creative sourcing solutions for identifying candidates and recruiting quality talent. Must have demonstrated ability to proactively manage stakeholders including HRBP's and hiring managers, keeping them timely informed and involved in the recruitment process. Must have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Must have the ability to work autonomously and with a team in a fast-paced environment. Must have the ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and effectively prioritize their workload. What You Bring (Preferred Qualifications) Experience with Workday is a plus. Experience with LinkedIn Hiring solutions and APAC-focused job boards is a plus. English is highly preferred. Demonstrated understanding of employment laws and regulations across Asia-Pacific countries including Japan, South Korea, Malaysia, Indonesia, Philippines, Taiwan, Thailand and Australia. Experience leading intake meetings with hiring managers and keeping stakeholders timely informed and involved in the recruitment process. Degree or experience in HR, Psychology, Communications, or a related field. A natural people-person with exceptional communication skills and a knack for building meaningful relationships. Demonstrated ability to manage and resolve complex client situations in an effective manner. Demonstrated ability to identify client's needs and to deliver, manage, and adjust expectations. Experience and interest in supporting training and development initiatives for the APAC region is a plus.
