About the role

We're looking for a Product Development Manager to join the Ü Snacks product team. In this role, you will own product development execution across many launches (line extensions, retail launches, limited time offers and new innovation) - from idea through cross-functional development to final packaging approval. You'll manage external vendors and suppliers, drive cross-functional alignment, and make sure launches land on time and at the quality bar we hold ourselves to. If you are ambitious, highly organized, comfortable operating in ambiguity, and thrive in a fast-moving environment where ownership is real and expectations are high, this is the role for you. This role is part of our remote HQ! We have a fully remote, high-trust work environment - and also come together on a bi-annual basis for amazing off-sites where we can connect IRL. In this role, you will: Own packaging execution end to end - concept, manuscript, artwork, proofs, and sample cycles across every initiative you own. You lead cross-functional feedback loops and approvals and partner closely with the design team. Drive launch execution at volume - manage the full lifecycle of limited-time offers, collabs, and retail launches including timelines, vendor coordination, R&D partnership, gummy mold development, sample testing, and cross-functional alignment. Multiple launches run simultaneously and move fast. Own your product lines - be the go-to expert on the brands and SKUs you own. Partner with cross-functional teams to grow and support those lines over time. Manage vendor and supplier relationships - own the day-to-day with external partners to keep timelines and quality standards intact. When things go sideways, you're the one who figures it out. Support post-launch optimization - work with GTM and R&D to identify opportunities for formula improvements, packaging refinements, and claims updates that improve retention and customer experience. Act as the connective tissue - across Operations, Brand, Performance, and external partners. You manage communication, flag blockers early, and drive toward decisions. We're looking for someone who: Has 5+ years of product development experience at a D2C or growth-stage CPG company Has owned packaging from concept to approval to launch, and can point to specific projects where they were the primary accountable person if something went wrong Has managed a high volume of simultaneous launches, not just a handful. Experience with beauty, personal care, food, or wellness CPG is welcome. If it lives on a Whole Foods shelf, the skills translate. Has a track record of managing external vendors and suppliers through full project cycles Brings strong cross-functional project management skills and is comfortable driving alignment across teams they don't control Is proficient in Asana or a comparable project management tool Approach to the role: Taking ownership - not just of tasks, but of outcomes. You don't wait to be told something is off. You catch it, you fix it, you close the loop. Operating in ambiguity without losing momentum. We don't have a process for everything and we never will. That's not a problem for you - it's where you do your best work. Moving fast without cutting corners. You know the difference between speed that builds and speed that breaks, and you manage accordingly. Building real relationships - with vendors, with cross-functional partners, with your team. People trust you to follow through because you always do. Bringing energy. You raise the level of the people around you. You're engaged, curious, and genuinely invested in what we're building. To Apply: Please enter your info and share a bit about yourself with us below. We ask that you do not use Chat GPT or similar tools to answer these questions, as it is our hope to genuinely get to know you and the way you communicate and think! We do love integrating these tools into our work though, and you'll hear plenty more about that if you join us. Compensation & Benefits: At Grüns, we're committed to providing a competitive total compensation package - grounded in market data that considers our size, stage, industry, and location. For this role, the base salary range is $100,000-$120,000 depending on experience, paired with a comprehensive benefits package designed to support the well-being and growth of our team. A bit about us... At Grüns, we believe that foundational nutrition should be simple and convenient for everyone.
