RESPONSIBILITIES - WITH OUR CONSUMER AT THE HEART YOUR KEY FOCUS WILL BE Support procurement change initiatives across process, policy, and technology transformations Design, develop, and maintain training materials including presentations, user guides, job aids, and e-learning content for Procurement and wider business functional end users. Plan and coordinate training delivery, including scheduling, facilitation, and follow-up support. Develop and execute change communications to support awareness, understanding, and adoption Engage with procurement, technology, and business stakeholders to understand impacts and training needs Support readiness assessments, stakeholder feedback, and adoption tracking Monitor training effectiveness and adoption metrics; identify and implement improvements Maintain training documentation and knowledge repositories to support ongoing capability building SKILLS - THE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE NEEDED TO CREATE YOUR LEGACY Experience in change management, training, or transformation roles within a matrixed organisation. Understanding of change management frameworks and adult learning principles Ability to translate complex process or system changes into clear, user-focused content Strong facilitation, communication, and presentation skills Proven stakeholder engagement and collaboration capabilities Strong planning, organisation, and time-management skills Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret adoption data and feedback Proficiency in standard training and communication tools (e.g. PowerPoint, LMS, collaboration platforms) Profiency in English.
