🔍 Job Description We are seeking an experienced Accountant to oversee payroll processing, payments, and finance operations , while ensuring smooth support for audits and compliance. This role will manage the finance team, maintain accurate financial records, and collaborate with auditors and management. 🧾 Key Responsibilities Approve and execute staff and supplier payments Ensure CPF submissions and compliance with MOM regulations Prepare and maintain audit-ready financial records Lead and manage finance team operations Reconcile accounts, track budgets, and report financial performance Assist management in financial planning and reporting Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and company policiesOversee monthly payroll processing for all staff ✅ Requirements Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field 3-5 years experience in accounting or finance management Strong knowledge of Singapore payroll, CPF, and MOM regulations (Infotech) Experience managing audits and financial reporting Proficient in Excel and accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero, MYOB) Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills High attention to detail and confidentiality With relevant retail and service sector experience 🎁 Benefits Birthday Leave Medical Insurance Coverage Leave entitlements in line with MOM regulations Welcome Lunch and Team Bonding Activities Festive & Event Celebrations Convenient office near Somerset MRT 📍 Location Somerset - TripleOne Somerset (111 Somerset Road) 5-minute sheltered walk from Somerset MRT 🕒 Working Hours Monday to Friday | 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
