We are seeking a motivated Senior Support Worker to provide high-quality, person-centred support for our client based in Wyre Forest / Kidderminster. Our client has complex needs, including Cerebral Palsy, Global Developmental Delay, learning disabilities, and physical disabilities. The successful candidate must be confident driving a mobility vehicle, be a competent swimmer, and demonstrate a caring, reliable, and committed approach to support work. This role offers the opportunity to join a small, supportive team of four care workers, working collaboratively to enable our client to live as independently and actively as possible.
