Building maintenance Technician

About the role

Job Responsibilities: Carry out plumbing installation, repair, and maintenance works for residential, commercial, and industrial buildings. Troubleshoot plumbing issues including water leakage, pipe blockage, and sanitary fittings defects. Install and maintain water supply systems, drainage systems, pumps, valves, and sanitary fixtures. Conduct routine inspection and preventive maintenance of plumbing systems. Ensure all works are carried out in compliance with safety regulations and project requirements. Attend to emergency breakdowns and rectify defects promptly. Coordinate with supervisors, contractors, and other technicians on site works.
