The Job: As a Sr. HR Manager, you'll be part of our Creative & Digital Marketing team working as a remote employee. You'll get to: Own and lead complex employee relations matters, partnering with legal and leadership to, provide guidance and resolution to ensure a fair, consistent, and positive workplace. Provide both strategic and tactical HR support, addressing day-to-day employee needs and executing HR processes to ensure smooth operations. Coach and develop people leaders on performance management, employee engagement, and leadership effectiveness. Prioritize and drive multiple key HR initiatives and requests simultaneously, adapting quickly to changing business needs and priorities. Advise leaders on organizational design, talent management, and workforce planning to align HR strategies with business objectives. Lead and support initiatives focused on employee engagement, training, development, and performance management, ensuring all team members feel valued and supported. Lead the annual Talent Review process and help build a diverse, high-performing talent pipeline for both salaried and hourly (maker) populations. Work closely with Centers of Excellence (COEs) such as payroll, benefits, and compensation to ensure seamless HR operations. Champion organizational change initiatives and recommend implement, and improve HR procedures, systems, and processes to drive continuous improvement and departmental efficiency. Gather, analyze, and interpret HR data to provide actionable insights. The Person: You love to learn and grow and be acknowledged for your valuable contributions. You also have: 6-9 years of progressive experience as an HR generalist, with a strong emphasis on employee relations. Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree in HR or MBA preferred. Proven experience supporting remote and diverse teams, including both salaried and hourly employees. Skilled at managing multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Strong analytical abilities, with experience interpreting HR data; familiarity with basic financial metrics such as SGA and OCOS is a plus. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and provide guidance across all organizational levels. Highly organized, adaptable, and resourceful, demonstrating a customer-focused approach. Strong judgment and decision-making skills in complex employee situations Track record of building collaborative relationships and driving results through partnership. Project management skills, including planning, tracking, and effective communication with multiple stakeholders. Comfortable working through ambiguity and proactively finding solutions using internal and external resources. Willingness and ability to travel up to 10-15% as required.
