Additive Flight Solutions Pte Ltd is Singapore-based EASA approved Aerospace Production organization fabricating certified Parts and Tools for Airlines, MROs and OEMsin APAC region. Our mission is to be in the forefront of the Commercial Aerospace Aftermarket supply chain transformation with Additive Manufacturingand ULTEM thermoplastic - Aerospace AM "Gold Standard". We are building DIGITAL INVENTORY of legacy Aircraft Cabin and Seat parts by Reverse Engineering, 3D printing & painting, Part certification as per EASA Minor Modifications and direct release to Airlines and MROs. AFS is a subsidiary of a Global Aerospace AM Group (AM Craft) with Headquarters in Europe, and networkin USA. On the Group level, we fabricate and supply Cabin parts to multiple airlines globally, including Singapore Airlines, British Airways, Air France, Air India, Finnair, Polish LOT, Ethiopian and others. We supply parts and tools to Aerospace OEMs, such as Pratt & Whitney, Collins, Safran and others. Singapore team is small (4-5 pax.), and General Manager is in charge of daily operations, team management and Sales growth. We are looking for an entrepreneurial General Manager in charge of Day-to-day Operations and Sales for a team of 4-5 persons, and Customers (Airlines, MROs, OEMs) in APAC region. GM will require agood understanding of Aerospace EASA/FAA regulations of Initial Airworthiness Part21 and serve as Company's Accountable Manager under EASA 21G POA. This is adual mandate: you will own the commercial performance of the Singapore entity and carry regulatory accountability for the Production Organization Approval. This is a senior leadership position within the AM Craft Group Management Team. You will report directly to the Group CEO/Director, and represent AFS Singapore at Group leadership level. Function Manage the day-to-day Business operationsand Sales, including Team management, Customer management, Administrative management. Organization The General Manager reportsdirectly to the Managing Director/Group CEO. Duties and responsibilities 4.1. Commercial Leadership: a) Own and drive AFS revenuetarget, building a strong pipeline of Customers in APAC region (Airlines, MROs,OEMs). b) Develop and maintain senior-level relationshipswith Airlines' Fleet Managers, Cabin Technical Services, MRO Cabin and Tooling Productionshops, OEMs Aftermarket Teams across APAC region. 4.2. Administrative Leadership: c) Lead the team, by providingoperational resources, setting weekly priorities, solving day-to-dayoperational challenges. d) Ensure administrative management, by handling relationshipswith Stakeholders (Vendors, accountant, IRAS, MOM, etc.), with guidance fromCompany Directors. 4.3. Production Organization Leadership: e) Hold and exercise therole of Accountable Manager under the AFS Singapore EASA/CAAS Production OrganizationApproval (POA), and Certifying staff as per AS9100:D QMS. f) Ensure adequateresources: financial, human, and infrastructure are in place to sustain thePOA and AS9100 certification and deliver airworthy products. g) Champion a culture of safety and quality throughout the organization. 4.4. Group integration: h) Operate as a fully contributing member of the AM Craft Group Management Team; engage in Groupstrategy, cross-functional initiatives. i) Provide transparent,data-driven reporting to the Group CEO on commercial performance, regulatorystanding, and people matters. Requirements to Position: 5.1. Singapore citizen (required). 5.2. Minimum 5 years of experience in Commercial Aerospace,or advanced manufacturing - with a substantial proportion in commercial orsales leadership roles. 5.3. Demonstrated track record of growing business overlonger period of time, you can point to specific deals, customers, and growth curves. 5.4. Working knowledge of EASA Part 21 or Part 145, or comparable production/quality regulatory frameworks (e.g., FAA, CAAS). 5.5. Deep understanding of the APAC Aviation market - its dynamics, procurement cycles, regulatory landscape, and cultural nuances. 5.6. Fluent in written and spoken English at a executive level; additional Asian languages are an advantage. 5.7. Proven ability to bring technology products or solutions from concept through to commercial success. 5.8. Demonstrated leadership capability at a mature, senior level - including people development, team building, and cross-cultural management. 5.9. Previous experience in Additive Manufacturing technology will be considered as an advantage. 5.10. Willingness to engage in continuous learning and traveling.
