Position Summary North Park Theological Seminary is seeking to hire a half-time Continuing Education Administrator will serve as the primary implementer of the continuing education initiative of "One Covenant Community," a five-year, large-scale collaborative project funded by the Lilly Endowment's Pathways for Tomorrow Initiative. The Administrator will support the design process and build resulting systems, programs, and resources, working under the direction of project and working group leaders. This role requires someone who brings research skills, systems expertise, and strong follow-through - and who thrives in an environment where the work is still taking shape. This is a time-limited position, to end December 31, 2030. Reports to project director. Duties and Responsibilities Support the work of the Continuing Education Team as it designs and implements a denominational continuing education system spanning hub development, program recommendations, and culture of lifelong learning initiatives. Coordinate and execute the development and launch of the continuing education hub. Organize and catalog continuing education resources across ECC conferences, denominational ministries, North Park Theological Seminary, and partner institutions. Support the development of a clear and accessible catalog of available learning opportunities. Research and recommend programs, learning resources, and partnerships that could be offered or supported through the system. Build and create platforms, tools, documents, and processes for continuing education delivery and evaluation. Support the ongoing evaluation and improvement of continuing education offerings through designing and implementing an effective, sustainable evaluation system. Assist with documentation and reporting related to project progress and grant deliverables. Work collaboratively with the Continuing Education Team, project director, and denominational partners to support the development and implementation of the continuing education initiative across all three focus areas.
