Responsibilities

Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- 5-7 years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing and GTM, preferably within financial services or InsurTech.
- Proven success in demand generation, pipeline conversion, and GTM execution.
- Strong understanding of insurance workflows, compliance requirements, and digital transformation initiatives.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex solutions.
- Hands‑on experience with AI‑powered marketing and sales tools (e.g., HubSpot AI, Salesforce Einstein, LinkedIn AI features, ChatGPT/Copilot for content generation, AI‑driven analytics dashboards).
- Ability to design and optimize AI‑enabled campaigns (predictive lead scoring, automated nurturing, personalization engines).
- Familiarity with AI‑driven customer engagement (chatbots, recommendation systems, conversational marketing).
- Proficiency in CRM systems, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Canva, Outreach, and Google Workspace.
- Creative, data‑driven mindset with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects.
