- Strong interest in retail development, project execution, and design coordination, with curiosity about how projects move from concept to delivery.
- Basic understanding of project planning, budgeting, cost tracking, or documentation workflows is a plus.
- Interest in space planning, retail layouts, and design development processes.
- Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable working in a collaborative, cross-functional team environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is expected; familiarity with AutoCAD, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools is a plus.
- Familiarity with project coordination tools, budgeting trackers, purchase order processes, or consultant/vendor management is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of space planning, test fitting, or retail design principles is an advantage.
- Exposure to AutoCAD, Revit, Rhino, Bluebeam, or similar design tools is beneficial.
- Experience or coursework related to retail design, customer experience, or automotive facilities is a plus.
- Language skills: Fluent English required; German or another European language is a plus.
