What we're seeking We are looking for a highly skilled and strategic Recruiter to join our fast-paced, mission-driven team. You will be instrumental in scaling Corvus Robotics by building out our talent acquisition process and bringing in top-tier candidates across a variety of roles. We need a partner who is excited to help shape the future of our hiring program and is committed to delivering exceptional candidate experiences. Specifically, in this role you will: Lead recruiting across various roles in a high-growth startup by running scalable operational processes, including scheduling, metrics, and pipeline management. Be the partner to Hiring Managers for identifying ideal candidate profiles for different roles, and source challenging-to-fill positions. Iterate on a robust recruiting process over the course of interviews and learnings from candidates, focusing on quality and speed. Keep to very high standards for candidates for each role, while creating a positive candidate experience.
