The Office Manager & Administrative Assistant will report to the Executive Assistant and is responsible for managing the front office experience, coordinating office operations, supporting employees and visitors, and providing administrative support to two Executive Vice Presidents. This role requires exceptional organization, professionalism, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. Approximately 60% of the role is focused on office management and workplace coordination, with 40% dedicated to executive administrative support.
