Responsibilities

  • During your internship, you will play a pivotal role in contributing to both strategic initiatives and day-to-day operations:
  • Assist in the administration and management of new employee rewards and benefit programs including preparing reports and updates for stakeholders
  • Content Creation & Communication: Contribute to the roll out and communication of new people programs by creating inspiring, educational content for internal communications, including updates on knowledge hubs and briefing sessions/ other initiatives that boost program awareness
  • Collaboration Across Teams: Work closely with people partners, leadership teams, and other stakeholders to coordinate cross-functional initiatives and ensure smooth program execution.
  • Market research & Data Analysis: Analyse market trends, survey data and employee feedback to uncover insights that will help drive the evolution of our people programs.
  • Program Evaluation: Monitor and report on program progress; to support continuous improvements, process optimisation and strategy refinement.
  • What You'll Need to Succeed:
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Detail-oriented with good organisational and time management abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Powerpoint) & Design tools (Canva, Adobe Photoshop).
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Commencement date: June 2026 (min 5 months full time commitment)

The NCS Rewards & Well Being Team is on the lookout for an enthusiastic, motivated intern to join us as we shape the future of work. You'll work closely with our Program Leads on initiatives aimed at enhancing employee experiences and advancing NCS's people-centric goals. You will provide support across key initiatives such as any Rewards policy refresh and rollout, Career Progression Model, People Analytics Dashboards and more. This is a hands-on role with the opportunity to gain exposure and develop practical skills in managing diverse people-centric programs and gain insights and hands on experience of employee benefit initiatives.
