About the role
Work directly with the Shop Development Team Lead to structure, manage and deliver on key strategic projects within the sales department Monitor and steer shop performance across the network, maintaining a structured overview of the most relevant KPIs Plan, execute, report and document shop and agency projects in a highly self-organized manner Roll out new Flix shops and support existing ones, including commercial planning and quality management Collaborate with a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders across teams and markets Act as the key point of contact and strategic advisor for the Peruvian shop organization Apply traditional and/or agile project management methodologies depending on the nature of each project About You Excellent Master's degree in Business, Management, Entrepreneurship, Marketing, or a related field First proven experience in a project management role Ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining clear priorities Experience working with diverse internal and external stakeholders, including at an international level Passion for supporting people and facilitating the success of projects, teams and individuals Strong analytical skills and affinity for numbers, paired with a creative mindset, a proactive attitude and a strong sense of ownership Driven to take on new challenges and see them through to meaningful results Fluent in English and Spanish - additional languages are a plus We recognize that everyone carries a unique set of valuable skills and experiences.
