Requirements

  • A "Floor-First" Mentality: You believe management happens on the floor, not in a meeting room. You have a proven track record of leading high-volume B2C teams where you've personally moved the needle on conversion through live intervention.
  • The "Player-Coach" Edge: You can still outsell your best agent. You aren't afraid to pick up a headset or jump into a chat to show the team how to turn a "just browsing" into a "where do I sign?"
  • A Coaching Obsession: You don't just "give feedback" you build capability. You have a repeatable system for call reviews, roleplays, and "skills clinics" that actually sticks. If an agent is struggling with objection handling, you know exactly how to fix it by the end of the shift.
