Job Requirements: Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Operations/ Logistics or related field. Minimum 8-12 years of relevant experience in construction operations, logistics, or fleet management. At least 3-5 years of managerial experience in the construction industry. Experience managing cranes, lorries, machinery, fleet operations, and site manpower. Familiar with Singapore construction industry practices and operational requirements. Strong leadership, coordination, planning, and problem-solving skills. Good communication and stakeholder management skills. Knowledge of WSH requirements and regulatory compliance for fleet and machinery operations.
