  • Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Commerce, Inter CA
  • 10+ years of experience in F&A operations/BPM/Shared Services
  • 5+ years of experience managing large teams 20+ and global clients
  • Key Skills & Competencies
  • Strong knowledge of General Accounting
  • Hands-on experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, etc.)
  • Decision-making and problem-solving
