Manufacturing Engnieer

Responsibilities

• Main responsibilities:
• Safety & Compliance
• Follow safety procedures and PPE compliance.
• Maintain 7S, housekeeping, and safe work environment.
• Ensure IRIS / EHS standards compliance.
• Quality Assurance
• Ensure products meet quality specifications.
• Coordinate with QA team for inspections and testing.
• Investigate rejection, defects, and customer complaints.
• Production Planning & Execution
• Ensure daily production targets are achieved.
• Plan manpower, machines, and materials for smooth operations.
• Monitor shift-wise production output.
• Process Control
• Supervise mixing, pressing, curing, grinding & Finishing processes.
• Maintain process parameters as per standards.
• Reduce cycle time and improve productivity.
• Machine Maintenance Coordination
• Coordinate with maintenance team for preventive maintenance.
• Reduce machine breakdowns and downtime.
• Team Management
• Supervise operators and manufacturing officers staff.
• Provide training to workers on SOPs and safety.
• Maintain discipline and attendance.
• Reporting & Documentation
• Prepare daily production reports.
• Maintain rejection, downtime, and Production Plan vs Actual records.
• Continuous Improvement
• Implement Kaizen, Lean, OEE improvement activities.
• Improve productivity, quality, and efficiency.
