Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance , Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field (required).
  • Master's degree or MBA (preferred).
  • Experience and Skills
  • Required:
  • Typically 6-8 years of progressive experience in travel & expense, finance operations, shared services, or a related function .
  • Strong knowledge of internal controls, compliance requirements, and financial governance.
  • Demonstrated people leadership or team‑management experience.
  • Experience analyzing spend data and translating insights into actionable improvements.
  • Strong problem‑solving, communication, and stakeholder‑management skills.
  • Preferred:
  • Experience working in a multinational or shared services environment.
  • Familiarity with T&E systems and tools (e.g., expense management platforms).
  • Experience supporting audits or regulatory reviews related to expense management.
  • Change management or process transformation experience.
  • Experience within healthcare, medical devices, or other highly regulated industries.
  • Proven experience managing or leading T&E processes in a complex, matrixed organization.
  • Other
  • Languages: Fluent in Spanish and English (written and verbal).
  • Travel: Up to 10-15%, primarily regional.
  • Certifications: Finance or accounting certifications (preferred, not required ).
