Corporate Planning & Strategy Lead

Requirements

• Must to have
• Bachelor's degree
• 3 - 8 years of professional experience in one or more of the following:
• o Corporate planning / corporate strategy
• o FP&A or financial analysis
• o Management consulting
• o Investment banking / investment firms
• o Startup or high-growth technology companies
• o Transaction Services, Valuations, or M&A advisory at Big 4 firm
• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills
• o Advanced proficiency in building and maintaining complex, integrated financial models (3-statement models) and valuation simulations from scratch using Excel/Google Sheets.
• o Deep understanding of financial statements, unit economics, and capital structures.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities
• o Proven ability to craft high-quality, logically structured, and visually compelling presentation materials (Pitch Decks) for executive leadership and external investors.

Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated Corporate Planning & Strategy Lead to drive the company's next stage of growth. This role sits at the intersection of corporate strategy, financial planning & analysis (FP&A), and future investor relations (IR) as the company prepares for a potential IPO in the coming years. The successful candidate will work closely with senior leadership to drive strategic initiatives, financial planning, fundraising and investor relations. This position requires strong analytical capability, business acumen, complex financial modeling and bilingual communication skills in Japanese and English.
