Responsibilities
- Execute AAV upstream, downstream, and QC-support workflows in support of team production and development priorities
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation in lab notebooks and operational tracking systems
- Support process development experiments through careful execution, troubleshooting, and data capture
- Contribute to shared lab operations, including sample handling, inventory, and SOP updates
- Partner closely with team members to coordinate work, surface issues early, and maintain execution quality
- Work with urgency and adaptability, balancing innovation with execution.
- Collaborate cross-functionally, leveraging Dyno's high-trust, high-impact culture to drive results.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in biology, biochemistry, bioengineering, chemical engineering, molecular biology, or related field
- 4+ years of relevant lab experience
- Direct hands-on experience with AAV production in a research, biotech, or process-development setting
- Hands-on experience with mammalian cell culture and aseptic technique
- Experience following structured lab workflows with strong attention to detail and documentation
- Ability to work effectively in a team-based lab environment as company and project priorities evolve
- Willingness to push the boundaries of work through the use of AI.
