Learn more at http://envistaco.com . Customer Service Officer - Thailand We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Customer Service Officer to join our Thailand team. Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth order execution, delivering excellent customer service, and supporting a lean, efficient operation across Sales, Supply Chain, and Logistics.

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end order processing and billing with high accuracy and timeliness
  • Coordinate closely with 4PL partners, Sales, and internal teams to ensure seamless order fulfilment
  • Track orders and proactively resolve delivery or transactional issues
  • Manage product loan transactions, including tracking, reconciliation, and system updates
  • Maintain data accuracy and support reporting and audit requirements
