Be a product and solutions expert! We'll equip you to answer product, pricing and shipping questions quickly and confidently. Build business relationships with customers over phone, email and chat. Understand customer needs and recommend Uline's best solutions. Help customers navigate Uline's website and online ordering. High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor's degree preferred. Excellent problem-solving, listening and communication skills. Prior customer service experience is a plus , but if you are eager to learn, we will train you!
